We (family of 6) stayed in Andrew Seward's condo for a week in July 2012 and had a great time. Condo was very clean with excellent facilities. Good location within Sea Colony with bus stop and heated pool right beside condo. We are not big beach fans so used the pool most days and always found plenty of sun beds and tables available.
