Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

June 14 to August 29 - $40
August 30 to September 12 - $17
September 13 to December 31 - $12
Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.
We had a great time - perfect week of weather. The children loved the beach and the pool. The unit is beautiful - plenty of space for everyone. The people at Bethany & Resort Rental Services were wonderful - locals who have lived there for ever, very helpful - I stumbled onto them on the internet by accident.
