Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony.

May 10 to June 13 - $17
June 14 to August 29 - $40
August 30 to September 12 - $17
September 13 to December 31 - $12
Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner.
This condo is perfect with 3 bedrooms and very spacious. Located in a quiet area of Sea Colony - well maintained and clean. Love our mini get away and would stay there again any time. Highly recommend!!!!! Has TV's in bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and just can't think of anything it didn't have. Thanks to the owners for keeping up the place so well and allowing us to enjoy our vacation totally hassle free :)
